Payment and submission for the May 2026 concert is due:
April 27th, 2026
Only electronic files will be accepted. All files must be high resolution and at least 300 dpi for print materials. Color mode must be CMYK or GRAYSCALE. Image files accepted are: .tiff, .jpg, .pdf, or .eps files. For overhead projection, logo/ad must be 1920 × 1080 pixels for optimal clarity.
Submit ads via email to azpwc93@gmail.com and enter “PWC AD” in the subject line. Please indicate the size and coloring (full color or black/white) of your ad in the body of the email.
Payment is due when placing the concert program order. Once your ad submission is received, you will receive an invoice via Paypal on the same day.
